Assessments We Offer
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Includes a clinical interview, IQ test, online questionnaires completed by the person and/or people close to them, and may include academic (reading, spelling, sentences, maths) skills if you consider any of these problematic.
Age requirement: 6+ years to adulthood
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Includes a clinical interview, observational play, questionnaires completed by the person and/or people close to them, and may include IQ/academic tests (reading, spelling, sentences, maths) if needed.
Age requirement: 2+ years to adulthood
Intellectual Disability or Intellectual Capacity
Includes an IQ test and a functional assessment. Other supplemental assessments may be included if needed, depending on age and purpose of referral.
Age requirement: 6+ years to adulthood
Specific Learning Disorder (Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia)
Includes IQ test, clinical interview, and tests of academic area of weakness (reading, writing, spelling, mathematics).
Age requirement: 6+ years to adulthood
Cognitive Assessment for Ageing
Includes IQ test if needed, test of memory, and clinical interview.
Please note that for an investigation of dementia, a team of various professionals is required, and this assessment will only be one part of your road to a diagnosis.
Age requirement: none.

What Do Our Assessments Include?
Assessments are tailored to each individual’s needs, and can include any of the following:
- Pre-Assessment Clinic Questionnaire
- Review of previous medical/psychological assessments/reports, review of school reports (if available), discussions with third parties (GP, allied health team, teachers, other family members)
- Clinical interview
- School observation (if required - may incur additional fee)
- Assessment of cognitive/developmental ability
- Mental health questionnaires
- Specific questionnaires depending on your enquiry (ADHD, Autism)
- IQ Assessments (such as WISC-V, WAIS-IV, WMS-IV, PAI)
- Assessment of everyday adaptive functioning (such as ABAS-3 or Vineland)
- Report with recommendations
- Feedback session (if requested)
Important Information
Where Do Assessments Take Place?
To make our assessments as accessible as possible, we can complete the face-to-face components in your home at a time that suits you. We can also complete parts of the assessment online. Alternatively, for children, if you would like the assessment (IQ or academic test) to be completed at your child's school, an observation of your child in the classroom will be complementary (free of charge).
We also occupy various offices in Sydney, such as Parramatta, Burwood, Earlwood, and Bankstown.
We are currently offering after-hours Telehealth sessions and assessments to accommodate our clients' many demands (work, parenthood, school, university).
School Observations
If needed, we can include a school observation of your child as part of their assessment, depending on their needs. As above, this may incur an additional charge, unless assessments are completed on school grounds, in which case it will be free of charge as a courtesy.
Payment
Assessment fees must be paid in full before reports are released. Payment plans are available, please speak to our staff about how we can best assist you.
